    As a parent, I am always on the lookout for tools to help my kid grow into her best self. Manifest for Kids: 4 Steps to Being the Best You is an excellent option.

    The book is divided into two parts — four steps to manifesting and journal prompts. There are also writing prompts throughout the book that correspond with topics ranging from understanding emotions; confidence and self-belief; gratitude; and goal-setting.

    Manifest for Kids is written for kids in an accessible way. Though there aren’t any pictures, the text is broken up by bulleted lists, calls to action, different fonts, etc. This makes the book manageable. The text is conversational and moves quickly, despite not being a story.

    Manifest for Kids: 4 Steps to Being the Best You focuses on emotions and actions that all kids can relate to and should have a way of understanding. It’s a worthwhile purchase.
